Litus delivers motor control center lineups as one package: the manufacturer’s UL 845 Listed structure, bus, and standard units in the brand your spec names, with the custom sections, controls, and drives built and tested on our floor under the Litus UL 508A file.

Send the one-line and the schedule. The factory ships the MCC structure, mains, and standard starters in ABB, Schneider Electric (Square D), Eaton, or Siemens with the custom buckets blank. Litus builds those sections here: soft starters, VFD sections, PLC and HMI compartments, and custom control. The lineup ships as one MCC with one set of drawings.

Change orders and shop repair
Changes and repairs, handled by the team that built the lineup.
A drive resized after a motor change or a section added when the scope grows is a change order, priced from the original drawings by the team that built the lineup rather than requoted by a factory. A damaged bucket, a bucket door or barrier, or a failed component after delivery is a shop repair, and it comes back tested with the drawings updated.

Shop repair
Any manufacturer’s MCC, in our shop.
Out of warranty, out of production, or a brand the original manufacturer no longer services: Litus repairs, re-buckets, and modifies any manufacturer’s MCC in our shop, and we arrange the freight if you would rather we did.
