Products & Capabilities
Two tiers, declared on every page.
Some of the gear is engineered and built at Litus, and some we supply as part of the package, and every product page says which, because that is what a technical buyer checks first.
Illustrative build sequence — not a literal drawing of any single product.
Your BOM & Drawings, or One-Line & Spec
You send what you have. We load the BOM and drawings into our MRP, or engineer the lineup from your one-line or spec.
Designed, or redlined
Gear built at Litus is engineered against your one-line and fault current; an assembly you designed gets one redline pass before metal is cut, so what will be expensive or slow to build surfaces on the quote.
Engineered & Built at Litus
Bus, breakers, and custom sections come together on our floor: switchboards, panels, MCC sections.
Built and Sourced in Parallel
Supplied gear is ordered through authorized distribution and ships factory-direct, while everything built at Litus is wired, tested, and FAT’d here, and the package is coordinated so both arrive together.
Every Build Carries the Litus Mark
Everything built at Litus is torque-sealed, serialized, and signed off under our own UL file, and supplied gear ships under its manufacturer’s listing, documented in the same package.
One Package, One Quote
Labeled, torque-sealed, and documented under the Litus file. Every quote states which path each line item took.
After it ships
The same team, after it ships: a change like a resized drive is priced from the original drawings, and a repair like a damaged bucket comes back to the shop, both handled by the people who built it without a factory requote.
Every quote states which path each line item takes, and everything built at Litus passes through the same review, testing, and FAT before it ships.
Build categories
Five categories of gear, each marked built here or supplied.

Switchboards
The flagship build category. Service-entrance rated lineups, custom bussing, and EUSERC-coordinated metering sections.

Panelboards
UL 67 panelboards and distribution panels, sourced as part of one accountable gear package.

Motor Control Centers
Structure and standard sections in the brand your spec names; custom sections built at Litus.

VFD Cabinets
The highest-volume build category, and the heart of Quick-Ship. Custom-built to spec, or built from a pre-engineered configuration.
Control Panels
UL 508A Listed control panels, from one-off to repeat production.
From one-off engineered panels to repeat manufacturing programs, every build is supported by controlled documentation, automated production, and testing.
- Pump, lift-station, and HVAC control panels
- Simplex, duplex, and triplex configurations
- HVAC and mechanical-equipment drive panels, with BMS interface points per the controls spec
- OEM machine-control enclosures, built to print
- Build-to-print panels for integrators & OEMs
Capability in practice
One shop, five categories of gear.
Design for Manufacture
Design for manufacture turns your assembly into a production unit
When an OEM’s electrical assembly has grown up inside the factory, design for manufacture is how it becomes a documented, repeatable product: we reconcile the drawings, consolidate and select components against what distribution stocks, finalize the design, and issue an engineered drawing package under revision control, with the supply chain put on a production footing. It is priced with the program, with NRE stated, and it is where the first-article gate comes from.
What changes
Component selection, layout, wiring method, documentation, and sourcing, settled before the first article.

FAT & Documentation
Tested before it ships, with the record in the crate.
Every build is tested against a defined FAT, to your form or ours, and the record ships with the gear; witness testing is offered on any build. The documentation package carries the schematics, point-to-point, termination list, FAT forms, and revision history, so turnover and inspection start from paper rather than from a phone call.
- Powered checkout and FAT on every build
- Witness testing offered
- Point-to-point, termination list, and as-built drawings
- Serialized, torque-sealed, MRP-tracked production
