Privacy notice

What we collect

When you use the Request a Quote form, we receive what you enter: your name, company, email address and phone number, your role, the equipment and market you select, any specified manufacturers, your timeline, the project description and any drawings or files you attach. If you email or call us directly, we receive what you send or tell us.

How we use it

We use this information to review your project, prepare a quote and follow up with you about the work. We do not sell it. We share it outside Litus only with the service providers below and, when a project needs it, with the manufacturers and engineering partners we work with to price or build your equipment.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and form submissions are delivered to our sales inbox by Resend, an email delivery service. Our email runs on Microsoft 365. Pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers when a page opens.

Analytics and cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies and does not follow you across other websites. The site does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Project submissions and files stay with the project record for as long as we need them for quoting, for the work itself and for our business records.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by emailing sales@litus.com.
